Rental Policies
Lodging rates of cabins are based on the permitted occupancy of each
cabin. Rates do vary seasonally and are subject to taxes and to
change without notice.
Prepayment of half the rent is due upon signing lease agreement.
There is no refund for cancel 30 days prior to occupancy.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required in off season which is
January through May and September 1-30. During peak times there may
be a longer minimum stay. Sales tax and add an occupancy tax
(occupancy tax starting July 1, 2006).
One half rent is due at time of booking, and the balance is due 30
days before arrival. Guests are responsible for their entire
reservation, unless a cancellation is made 30 days in advance.
Holidays and peak seasons may require non refundable deposits and
longer cancellation periods. A cancellation fee of $25 per bedroom
applies to cancellations at any time for any reason.
Check-in is 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Check-out is 10:00 am. No
exceptions.
All our cabins are smoke free and no pets are allowed. |
